The magazine’s voyeuristic spread features the curvy star as the babe next door, giving men hope that their neighbor will one day be as hot as JLo. The shoot alludes to the 45-year-old’s upcoming film The Boy Next Door, a stalker-like romance about a newly separated high school teacher who begins a relationship with her teenage neighbor.
