This isn’t the first Focus trailer, but the Will Smith/Margot Robbie con caper sure looks a lot improved. In fact, we’re going to start thinking of Focus as a Margot Robbie/Will Smith movie. After all, we’ve seen Will Smith playing all kinds of confident hucksters. It’s a lot more impressive to see Margot Robbie being just as charming and fun.
Focus suddenly seems a lot more like a sign of serious stardom for Margot–who, of course, is also joining up with Will Smith for the upcoming DC Comics movie Suicide Squad. We’re thinking that Margot’s Harley Quinn has a much better chance of stealing the movie than Will Smith’s homicidal Deadshot. Anyway, take a look at this and start feeling better about Focus not fizzling…
