Did anybody else notice that we’ve been in the middle of college finals? Yeah, it’s hard to tell–given the wild party pics and videos that we’ve been seeing from the likes of USC and University of Michigan and Binghamton University, plus assorted college students gone wild. But now we can really tell which colleges have been partying their way right through the finals. That’s courtesy of the fine college party app WIGO, which stands for “Who Is Going Out?”
As it turns out, there are a lot of college kids going out when they should be studying. Or maybe we’re about to look at the Top Five College with the Smartest Students, because WIGO has put together a list of the schools that had the most activity during the traditional finals period. So here’s a big sah-lute to five fine institutions….
1) Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC
2) Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX
3) Suffolk University in Boston, MA
4) Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT
5) Saint Norbert College in De Pere, WI
Yeah, let’s especially hear it for Coastal Carolina University–which easily made our list of the Most Underrated Party Schools in the United States. Good to know that those guys and gals are keeping up their reputation. In fact, WIGO reports that Coastal Carolina University hit the top with as much as 70% of the student population partying during finals week. Good for them, and good for WIGO for pointing out which schools really keep that app happening.
