Hey, it turns out that the new College Football Playoff Games come complete with a big-deal trophy and rings for all the players on the winning team. That’s great news. We were afraid that campus agitators were going to insist that everybody in the Top 38 teams simply won a Good Sportsmanship Award.
We’re talking about some really great design, too. Those official College Football Playoff National Championship rings are going to make some real impact when they’re flashed around on the Alabama campus. Or, you know, the campus of whichever team wins. We don’t mean to make assumptions.
The NCAA partnered with the Jostens company, and those guys are the biggest names in class rings. We’re really looking forward to having that ring pattern embedded into our forehead the next time that we make a wisecrack near a drunken football player. And the winning college is also going to show off a flashy College Football Playoff National Championship award.
