Janay Palmer Rice, the wife of NFL Running Back Ray Rice, has been in and out of the news after security camera footage revealed her husband had knocked her unconscious in an Atlantic City elevator.
Since then, Ray Rice was released from the Baltimore Ravens and the couple faced serious adversity as they became the face of domestic abuse. Throughout it all, though, Janay remained by her husband and insisted that they had worked out their differences and had been victimized by both the NFL and the Ravens.
Ray Rice was re-instated back into the NFL in late November and is currently looking to be contracted by a team. Janay gave an exclusive interview to Matt Lauer on December 1st and revealed that she plans on standing by Ray.
