But who is this Bleona, you might ask? Well, the singularly-named sex symbol is from Albania, where nobody’s ever explained that the letter “q” is always followed by “u.” Bleona’s actually been an international star for almost a decade, and some of us lucky New Yorkers actually got to see her performing in clubs even before she came to the US permanently in 2009. She hasn’t become a major star in the States yet, but Bleona’s been working with major producers like Timbaland and David Foster.

Bleona’s been a citizen since 2011, and it’s only been a few weeks since she launched her reality show on Bravo. It’s about the brave Albanian still trying to break through big in the music biz.
