It’s Thursday, November 28, so the time has come once again to take a look around the college world and appreciate some of the standout students and rising social media influencers at various colleges in the country for the COED Girl of the Day which features a college student that stands out among their peers. Today, we feature Sydney Blanchar, a student at Michigan State University.
Sydney is a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority on campus.
Pi Beta Phi was founded at Monmouth College in Illinois on April 28, 1867. Pi Phi, which was originally known as I.C. Sororis, is credited as being the first national women’s fraternity. The sorority is one of 26 national sororities that are members under the umbrella organization of the National Panhellenic Conference.
