Elianna Aguilar-Aguilar, a 23-year-old woman from Oregon, was arrested on DUI charges all thanks to a stop to the local Taco Bell. Over the weekend, Aguilar-Aguilar was enjoying a stop through the Taco Bell drive-through in the wee hours of the morning — who hasn’t been there? — when she decided to help everyone get on her level.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Aguilar-Aguilar rolled into the drive-thru in front of a squad car when she reached through the drive-thru window and pour alcohol into the mouth of an employee.

The Sheriff’s Office said:

ELIANNA AGUILAR-AGUILAR, 23, of Cornelius, rolls through a Taco Bell drive-thru RIGHT IN FRONT OF A SHERIFF’F OFFICE SERGEANT and then reaches through the open drive-thru window and pours alcohol into the employee’s mouth WHILE STILL IN HER CAR.

And in case you were wondering, yes, it was Hennessey.

Aguilar-Aguilar was then arrested and booked in the Washington County Jail on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). She reportedly blew a .12 BAC after being booked into the county jail.

The state limit is .08.

The employee who was on the receiving end of the alcohol pour said that he didn’t actually consume any. He also told authorities that he did not know Aguilar-Aguilar when she decided to make her late-night stop at the restaurant.

“We talked to the employee after, and he said most of it was spilled on him and that he actually didn’t consume the Hennessy,” county sheriff’s office spokesman Deputy Brian van Kleef said, via The Oregonian.

If we are all being honest here, who hasn’t been on a drunken Taco Bell stop after a weekend binge? But in all seriousness, don’t drink and drive — and certainly never pour Henney into the mouth of an employee through the drive-thru window when a sheriff’s squad car is parked right behind you.
