The UFC returns to the Wideworld Leader in Sports on Saturday, June 29 with UFC on ESPN 3 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The event — which takes place at the Target Center — marks the promotion’s third overall trip to the state.
In the main event, top heavyweight contenders Francis Ngannou and Junior dos Santos will go head-to-head in a slugfest that promises to feature a knockout.
The co-main event, meanwhile, features two top flyweight contenders in Joseph Benavidez and Jussier Formiga.
UFC on ESPN 3 kicks off at 6:00 p.m. ET with a heavyweight bout between Maurice Greene and Junior Albini to begin the preliminary card. The featured prelim is a bantamweight scrap between Ricardo Ramos and Journey Newson. The main card then kicks off at 8:00 p.m. ET with a light heavyweight fight between Alonzo Menifield and Paul Craig.
