It’s Friday, June 28, so the time has come once again to take a look around the college world and appreciate some of the standout students and rising social media influencers at various colleges in the country for the COED Girl of the Day which features a college student that stands out among their peers and we are heading back to a familiar spot. Today, we feature Gracie Harris, a student at the University of Arizona.
Gracie is a fitness and Instagram model who is putting together a growing social media following of 5,602 followers on Instagram.
The University of Arizona was founded in 1885 and was the first university in the Arizona Territory. The university is a member of the Association of American Universities which is an organization of the top research institutions in North America. UA is the only university from the state of Arizona to be a member of the group.

Hip abductors, to help with the strengthening and growth of your hips which you can implement in other workouts. 3⃣ 3 x 15 Kneeling squats, make sure you go down slow too make sure you really feel the burn. You can also add a pause at the bottom if you are comfortable! 4⃣ 3 x 20 Glute kickbacks, in my opinion these are the most efficient workout for growing the glutes. You can get the ankle strap anywhere by searching for it online!
