It’s officially campaign season. The first Democratic Presidential Debate for the 2020 election will take place on Wednesday, June 26 as a two-night event kicks off on the NBC family of networks. The debate will be available on NBC, MSNBC, and Telemundo as the world gets its first look at the crowded field of Democratic challengers vying to be the candidate who will look to take Donald Trump out of the Oval Office.
Moderators for the debates will be NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt, MSNBC primetime host Rachel Maddow, Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd, Today Show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, and Noticias Telemundo anchor José Diaz-Balart.
On night one, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, former Texas Representative Beto O’Rourke, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard, Washington Governor Jay Inslee, former HUD Secretary Julian Castro, Ohio Representative Tim Ryan, and former Maryland Representative John Delaney.
