Social media influencer Claudia Oshry is the woman who is accusing actor Cuba Gooding Jr. of sexual assault. Gooding has denied the allegations, but Oshry recently expanded on the allegations during a recent episode of her podcast The Morning Toast.
“Okay, all I have to say is me too,” Oshry said. “I don’t know if I’ve ever considered myself to be a victim of sexual assault because I’m not. There are people who are real victims and I would never compare myself to them. But yes, when I was in high school, I was f*cking 16 years old, Cuba Gooding Jr. put his finger up my butt and I felt wild.
“Like I felt so, like, I don’t even know what the right word is. Now it’s just become a part of who I am. Now I use it as schtick in my show on tour. Like, if you want to put your finger up my butt without my consent, fine, but I’m going to use it for all that it’s worth.”
Oshry’s public allegations come shortly after Cuba Gooding Jr. was accused of groping a woman inside of a Manhattan nightclub.
“Cuba says he has no knowledge as to who this woman is and certainly knows something like that never happened,” Gooding’s attorney, Mark Heller told The New York Post.
While Gooding has denied the latest allegations against him, video released by TMZ shows him inside of a nightclub and that it “definitely touched the thigh and breast of the woman accusing him of groping — it’s clear in this surveillance video obtained by TMZ — but his attorneys seem to be interpreting the video much differently from the police.”
Gooding pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual abuse and forcible touching after surrendering himself at the Manhattan’s Special Victims Division headquarters last week, according to Page Six.
