If you are a fan of Taco Bell, we have some good news for you. Ahead of the 2019 NBA Finals, the chain restaurant announced that they will be bringing back their “free taco” promotion when the series kicks off.
The Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks are battling out to represent the Eastern Conference, while the Golden State Warriors are already sitting pretty as the Western Conference representative for another year as they continue their pursuit of a three-peat.
“Taco Bell will again bring another exciting reason to tune in to the NBA Finals by offering fans of all teams the chance to root for free tacos,” Kerry Tatlock, head of marketing partnerships with NBA, said in a statement. “Taco Bell continually thinks about putting the fan first, and they consistently deliver on that promise.”
In order for people across the country to land a free taco, the “Steal A Game, Steal A Taco” promo gives everyone a free taco if a visiting team is able to score a victory while they are on the road. The free tacos will be awarded on June 18 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. if a visiting team comes through.
Let’s all root for the away teams, because who in the world doesn’t enjoy some free food — especially a free taco?
The NBA Finals will officially tip-off on Thursday, May 30 on ABC.
