Alice Eve, born in London on February 6, 1982, is an English actress and model who is perhaps best known for her performance as Dr. Carol Marcus in Star Trek Into Darkness.
Born and raised in London, Eve attended the Bedales School, the More House School, and the Westminster School. Additionally, Eve also spent time studying at Beverly Hills Playhouse and St. Catherine’s College in Oxford.
In the year 2004, Eve made her professional acting debut when she appeared as Miss Frayne in the film Stage Beauty and as Martha Guthrie in the television movie Hawking.
Following her professional acting debut in the year 2004, Eve went on to star in various TV and film projects such as Starter for 10, Big Nothing, Crossing Over, She’s Out of My League, Sex and the City 2, The Decoy Bride, ATM, The Raven, Men in Black 3, Decoding Annie Parker, Some Velvet Morning, Beethoven, Losing Gemma, Entourage, and The Rotters’ Club.
Her biggest role to date came in the year 2013 when she starred alongside Chris Pine in the Star Trek film Star Trek Into Darkness.
After appearing in Star Trek Into Darkness, Eve went on to star in further projects such as Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, Before We Go, Dirty Weekend, Criminal, Misconduct, Bees Make Honey, Please Stand Bu, Untogether, The Con Is On, Replicas, and more.
