21 Savage is ready to hit the road. On Tuesday, May 7, 21 Savage announced that he will be touring the country with his “I Am > I Was” tour to promote his standout 2018 album. 21 Savage will be accompanied on the road by DaBaby.

The concert will be produced by Live Nation, with tickets officially going on sale on Friday, May 10.

The tour will span one month beginning in Oklahoma City on July 10 and ending on August 16 in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

The tour comes following 21 Savage’s detention from ICE where he was threatened with deportation. The Atlanta-based rapper has previously said he has two albums worth of unreleased music and his run-in with ICE is believed to be the focus of an upcoming single. As for what 21 Savage will have to say, we will just have to wait and see.

“He’s not really a big talker; he lets his music speak for itself,” co-manager Justin “Meezy” Williams said, via Complex. “As his manager, I would love for him to speak [in his lyrics] about being detained. I think eventually it will be in the music, because he’s becoming such a big voice.”

A full look at the dates for 21 Savage’s upcoming tour can be seen below.
