All of the information we know about Baffert’s finances can be seen below.

Bob Baffert Net Worth: Approximately $10 Million

According to online estimates, Baffert has a current net worth of $10 million. Baffert graduated from the University of Arizona’s Track Industry Program with a Bachelor of Science degree. The 66-year-old, born Robert A. Baffert in Nogales, Arizona, began his career as a jockey earning $100 a day as a teenager but eventually switched to become a trainer for American Quarter Horses after continuing to grow. He eventually switched his focus to Thoroughbreds and won his first Breeder’s Cup race in 1992 with the horse Thirty Slews. From there, there was no looking back.

Since then, Baffert has been inducted into the Lone Star Park Hall of Fame, U.S. Racing Hall of Fame, and is the two-time winner of IFHA World’s Best Racehorse.

Baffert currently resides in California and has five children: four from his first wife Sherry; Taylor, Canyon, Forest, and Savannah; and one from his second wife Jill named Bode, who is named after United States skiing star Bode Miller.

The three favorites entering the 2019 Kentucky Derby — Game Winner (5-1), Roadster (6-1), and Improbably (6-1) — are all Bob Baffert trained horses.
