Taryn Tempel is a former track athlete at the University of Kansas and current member of the Invicta Fighting Championships broadcasting team, conducting in-cage interviews with mixed martial artists for the all-female MMA promotion. Tempel made her debut with Invicta FC during the promotion’s eight-woman, one-night tournament dubbed “Invicta FC Phoenix Rising 1.”
Taryn, who competed in the long jump and triple jump while a Jayhawk, majored in speech pathology and has hopes of obtaining her master’s degree in the field.
The 5-foot-7 bombshell also comes from an athletic family. Her triplet siblings Dustin and Greyson both play collegiate sports. Greyson is a quarterback for the Pittsburgh University football team, while Dustin is a member of the track team at Garden City Community College.
