Florinda Kajtazi, 27-years-old, an American model who was crowned Miss New York USA 2019 on Sunday, January 20, 2019. On May 2, 2019, Kajtazi competed in the 2019 Miss USA Competition at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada.
In addition to being Miss New York USA 2019, Kajtazi also balances her studies as well, as she is currently a post-baccalaureate at Lehman College in New York.
Prior to attending Lehman College, Kajtazi graduated from Yonkers High School before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
Born in the Bronx, Kajtazi, who is Albanian, was raised in Yonkers with her four other siblings — two brothers and two sisters. Fun fact about the Kajtazi’s: all five of them have a black belt in the martial art of Taekwondo.
