Savannah Wix Is The Latest Miss Arizona USA 2019 Smokeshow

Savannah Wix will be representing Miss Arizona USA at the upcoming Miss USA pageant. Savannah is a 22-year-old from Paradise Valley and was the former president of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at Pepperdine University. She is set to graduate from the college with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication.

Previously, Savannah studied abroad in Italy and has done work with Warner Bros. Records and Hitco Entertainment while also performing in Carnegie Hall.

If she wins Miss USA, Savannah hopes to continue using her platform for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Miss USA takes place Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. It will be the 68th Miss USA pageant, and the second pageant to be held concurrently with the Miss Teen USA competition. The pageant will air live on FOX. The Miss Universe pageant will take place on a yet-to-be-determined date in South Korea. The reigning Miss Universe is Catriona Gray, who represented the Philippines, while Miss USA going to Nebraska’s Sarah Rose Summers.
