If you haven’t seen Avengers: Endgame, you have likely been desperately trying to avoid any spoilers online. Unfortunately for one employee at a Domino’s Pizza location in Texas, the ending was spoiling during an average day at work.

The result? The employee who spoiled the ending was attacked, according to ABC Eyewitness News.

Justin Surface, 33, reportedly attacked his coworker for spoiling the movie and was eventually cited for assault by contact. A fellow worker had a calm, reasonable, yet downright dismissive reaction to the otherwise hilarious incident.

“That just seemed kind of insane to me that they would do that over a movie, but I don’t know, maybe they were really wanting to go see it,” the worker said.

Avengers: Endgame became the first-ever film to surpass $1 billion on its opening weekend. It took just five days for Endgame to eclipse the mark with $1.2 billion worldwide, according to CNBC. Avengers: Infinity War had taken 11 days to reach the $1 billion mark. Among the $1.2 billion worldwide included $350 million in North America.

In total, the 22 films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe have racked in more than $19 billion worldwide at the box office.

For anyone who hasn’t seen Endgame yet, we suggest getting to the theater as soon as possible to avoid any spoilers since it appears that everyone in the world is already watching. Seeing the movie could also help you avoid any future assault charges.
