Sophie Rundle, born on April 21, 1988, in Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom, is an English actress who is best known for her appearances in TV series such as Bodyguard, Gentleman Jack, and Peaky Blinders.
Born in Newcastle, Rundle attended the Bournemouth School for Girls before eventually graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with a Bachelor’s Degree in acting in the year 2011.
Rundle’s first professional acting appearance came in the year 2007 when she starred as Heather in the film Small Town Folk.
Following her acting debut in Small Town Folk, Rundle has gone on to appear in a handful of films such as Great Expectations, The Face of an Angel, and An Inspector Calls.
However, Rundle has mainly made a name for herself in television, appearing in a variety of series such as Garrow’s Law, Titanic, Merlin, Shetland, The Bletchley Circle, Episodes, Talking to the Dead, Call The Midwife, Happy Valley, Not Safe for Work, Dickensian, Brief Encounters, Peaky Blinders, Jamestown, Bodyguard, and Gentleman Jack.
