Gianny Sosa, an 18-year-old student at Miami Southridge Senior High School, was arrested this week after he attempted to land an RKO on the school principal Humberto Miret. That’s right, a kid was arrested for attempting an RKO and had to go to court for attempting a pro wrestling move.
Sosa also posted video of the incident after the principal responded by putting him in a choke hold.
“Oh, now that I’m recording, you don’t want to touch me? You don’t want to hit me now?” Sosa said. “It’s crazy, ain’t it? Now that the camera has your face, you don’t want to hit me. Now that the superintendent might see this, you don’t want to touch me.”
From the report:
Miret is seen in the video repeatedly placing his hand on Sosa’s arm, despite the student’s objections. The video does not show the student making any attempts to have physical contact with Miret.
According to the arrest report, Miret was adamant about pursuing charges against the student.
The incident was also captured on the school surveillance cameras and appeared to occur in the Miami Southridge Senior High School drama room.
Look what you have started, Randy Orton.
Miret was named the Miami-Dade County Public School Principal of the Year in 2018.
Sosa, meanwhile, faces charges of battery on a school official and interference with an educational institution.
