UFC pay-per-views are no longer available through your standard cable provider. That has led to some hurdles for mixed martial arts fans who want to watch the upcoming UFC 236 pay-per-view on Saturday, April 13. The event — which takes place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia — is headlined by two championship bouts.

So, if you can’t order the pay-per-view through your cable provider, how can you tune in to watch the fights?

It will require a subscription to ESPN+.

For those who are already a member of the ESPN+ streaming service, the pay-per-view will run the standard price of $59.99.

However, in an effort to boost subscriptions, the Worldwide Leader in Sports is also offering a one-time deal that will allow you to order UFC 236 and receive a yearlong subscription to ESPN+ for $79.99.

You can order the pay-per-view online at the ESPN+ PPV website.

Once the pay-per-view is ordered, you can access the live stream on your television through the ESPN app on Apple TV or Roku, on your mobile device, or computer. With the new deal, you can truly take UFC fights with you anywhere on the go.

And while there could be some growing pains with UFC 236 being the first pay-per-view on ESPN, UFC president Dana White is confident everything will work out.

“I’ve been doing pay-per-views for 20 years, so there’s no nerves whatsoever,” White said, via MMAjunkie. “I know on the ESPN side, this is their first one, the reality is, ESPN is so goddamn good at what they do they should have been doing pay-per-views 10-15 years ago. I mean these guys are the best in sports, I’m sure there’s going to have their little bumps and hiccups, it happens when you’re doing something new.

“I’m telling you, I’ve never worked with a group of people that are so on top of what they do and so good at it. This whole relationship with these guys over the next seven years, is going to be ridiculous. We’re going to take this sport to new levels.”
