Have you ever wondered what it is like to get choked out by a professional mixed martial arts fighter? Well, one fan got to experience it first-hand thanks to UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

Jones was making an appearance at the FIBO fitness trade show in Cologne, Germany when a fan asked the 205-pound king if he would put him in a rear-naked choke. Surprisingly, Jones obliged, and the fan slowly was choked unconscious.

After he regained his wits, everyone had a laugh and went about their merry way. And now, the fan has a great story to tell, a fun video to prove that he is not lying about the special moment, and the understanding of what it is like to be choked unconscious — okay, maybe that last one isn’t the greatest.

You can check out the video below:

Jones most recently competed at UFC 235 in Las Vegas on March 2 where he successfully defended the UFC light heavyweight championship. Jones defeated Anthony Smith via unanimous decision, despite having two points deducted in the fourth round due to an illegal knee.

Up next for Jones is another title defense against Thiago “Marreta” Santos at UFC 239 on July 6. The event, which will air on pay-per-view, will take place at T-Mobile Arena and will coincide with the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s annual International Fight Week. The event is scheduled to be co-headlined by a women’s bantamweight championship bout between current titleholder Amanda Nunes and former champ Holly Holm.

Santos, meanwhile, has been on a hot streak with four consecutive wins including three straight knockout victories. He will be looking to keep the momentum rolling in his first attempt at UFC gold.

Other bouts announced for UFC 239 include Francis Ngannou vs. former heavyweight champ Junior dos Santos, former Bellator and ONE Championship titleholder Ben Askren vs. Jorge Masvidal, and former middleweight champ Luke Rockhold, who is making his light heavyweight debut, vs. Jan Blachowicz.
