Heaven Conner has been identified as the 23-year-old woman who was arrested on Thursday, April 4, after she allegedly Kids on the Move Learning Center daycare, stripped naked, and began telling the school’s staff that they were “fired.”
According to police, officers responded to the Kids on the Move Learning Center daycare in Stafford, Virginia around 5:30 a.m. local time — before any students arrived — to investigate reports of a naked woman in the school.
When police officers arrived on the scene, they found Conner — a 23-year-old from Spotsylvania, Virginia — standing inside the daycare, naked, with a fork in each hand.
Conner told responding officers that they were making a mistake because she was the wife of the daycare’s owner.
Authorities said that recognized Conner from a previous report earlier in the day of a “suspicious woman” walking on U.S. Route 1. Conner told arresting officers that she had just gotten out of jail. Police later confirmed that Connor had been previously arrested on a domestic assault charge in Spotsylvania, Virginia.
Amanda Vicinanzo, a spokeswoman for the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, said Conner has since been charged with unauthorized entry and indecent exposure. Following her arrest, Conner was taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
At this time, police say that it is unclear how exactly Conner was able to break into the Kids on the Move Learning Center.
The Kids on the Move Learning Center is located at 628 Cambridge St, in Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Virginia.
