As the United States Women’s National Team continues its final preparations for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France, they are set to take on Belgium for the first time in history.
After finishing second in its UEFA Women’s World Cup Qualifying group behind only Italy, Belgium holds the No. 20 ranking in the FIFA World Rankings.
The USWNT, meanwhile, is just is 3-1-2 in 2019 and has shown plenty of holes on defense.
It will be a special night for the American women, with the debut of their new World Cup home kits and with a special ceremony at halftime to honor the 1999 World Cup-winning squad.
