BTS fans are losing their minds on social media Sunday, April 8, after the K-Pop band dropped a teaser for its new collaboration with Halsey. BTS and Halsey teamed up for “Boy With Luv” and the group’s management company Big Hit Entertainment dropped a teaser video on YouTube.
The teaser led to some immediate excitement and praise on social media from the BTS Army.
“”YOU DON’T KNOW HOW HAPPY I AM. THIS IS TRULY THE BEST THING EVER,” Twitter user @erisgguk wrote. Another added, “I need someone to cry with, please… IVE WAITED MY WHOLE LIFE FOR THIS”
Fans were also picking apart details of the teaser and noticed a callback to their 2014 hit “Boy In Luv.”
And while fans will have to wait a little longer for BTS to release their upcoming album, it is only a matter of days.

The full music video for “Boy With Luv” will drop on Friday, April 12. The video drops on the same date that BTS releases their sixth extended play album Map of the Soul: Persona. Following the release of the album, BTS will embark on a Love Yourself: Speak Yourself world tour.
