(This is kinda a physique update, kinda not because you can’t see my MANLY ARMS😢😉) So. You’re about to see your girl hitting legs 3x a week, if not then more. • For anyone who actually keeps up with my stories, you’ll know I hurt my shoulder. I’m not going to go to the doctor to get it checked out or anything because I do have a full range of motion without discomfort. It hurts when I’m using it or lifting however, so I am going to give my upper body a little bit of a rest. Probably one week, maybe two. If it’s still in pain after that, then I will go see a doctor. I’m such a brat because I really hate going to the doctor😂😂 • Anyway, I have been pretty down about it. I like to keep it honest with everyone, so that’s what I’m going to do. I genuinely feel like I do not know who I am without the gym. It’s the first thing I wanna do when I wake up, or when I get off of work. I freaking LOVE it, it’s my passion. So knowing that I’m not going to be in it as much has me a little down right now. I’ve been worked up the past few days, but I’m trying to keep a positive attitude. So here is my goal: -Hit legs (at least) 3 times a week -Hit cardio and abs 3-4 times a week -Eat very healthy -Don’t cry 😂😂 What I mainly need to work on is my outlook on the situation. I’ve been so down about not being able to hit upper body (because I seriously LOVE HITTING it), but it happens. Rather be out one week than create an even worse injury and be out longer. • So stay on me!!! If you see me lifting some weights we know I shouldn’t, come fight me (not really, I’m too nice for violence)😂😂 But call me out fr. And also, if you’re hitting ANY upper body, SMASH IT IN MY NAME PLS!!! Post pics of it so I can live through you!! [Swipe all the way to see the older pictures/transformation from 3 years] I’ve been debating really hard whether or not I should post this. I know there will be some negative backlash from small-minded headasses who want to say this post is inappropriate or whatever else. That’s honestly not what this is about. I want to share this post to show my progress over the past few years. The first few pictures are my physique now. I work out everyday and try to eat relatively well. The last few pictures are from my senior year in high school or the summer after I graduated. If you’re willing to put in the work, you can always find the results you want or need. I used to struggle with how I look and felt about my body, and working out made me discover myself in a whole new way. I’m not saying I wake up everyday and just feel like I’m perfect, because sometimes it is still hard. But if I’m ever feeling down on myself, I go to the gym. I took my negative thoughts and made them positive, and I took my body and made a transformation.
