Jamie Erdahl, born in Bloomington, Minnesota, on December 3, 1988, is an American sports reporter who is best known for her sideline work with CBS Sports.

After graduating from Breck School in 2007, Erdahl attended the tiny private liberal arts school St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she played softball and basketball, before eventually transferring to American University in Washinton D.C. in 2009.

While at American University, Erdahl studied broadcasting and communication before eventually graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in December of 2011. As a student at American University, Erdahl hosted a half-hour-long magazine show about the university’s men’s basketball team that aired on Comcast SportsNet Washington called Eye on the Eagle.

Following her graduation from American University, Erdahl was hired by the New England Sports Network (NESN) as a reporter. In the year 2013, Erdahl served as a sideline reporter for the Boston Red Sox, and in 2014, she became the lead Boston Bruins rinkside reporter for NESN.

In 2014, Erdahl made her big career move when she was hired by CBS Sports to be a sideline reporter. Once joining CBS Sports, Erdahl became the lead sideline reporter for the SEC on CBS and covers college basketball and the NCAA Tournament for the network.
