Mia Mastroianni is an American television actress and mixologist who is known for her frequent appearances on the Paramount Network reality TV series Bar Rescue.
Mastroianni made a name for herself in the cocktail world as the lead “cocktail engineer” at Soho House West Hollywood in California, a position she’s held since 2010.
Mastroianni began appearing on Bar Rescue, then on Spike TV, in August 2013. She remains a frequent guest on the program as of 2019, as Bar Rescue was the only original series to make the jump from Spike TV to the Paramount Network.
Bar Rescue, which first premiered on Spike TV in 2011, is an American reality TV show that stars restaurant entrepreneur Jon Taffer, who travels the country offering his expertise, renovations, and equipment to unsuccessful bars in order to save them from closure.
Since she began appearing on Bar Rescue, Mastroianni has become one of the most recognizable names in the industry of cocktail mixology.
