Rebecca Hall, born on May 3, 1982, in London, is an English-American actress who is best known for her performances in films such as The Town, The Prestige, Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Iron Man 3.
Hall’s professional acting career began in 1992 when she was just 10-years-old, as she appeared in the TV film The Camomile Lawn, which was actually directed by her father Peter Hall. Hall’s father was a legend in the English acting community, as he was the founder of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Rebecca went on to study English Literature at the St Catharine’s College in Cambridge before dropping out in 2002 to further pursue her professional acting career. That same year, she made her stage acting debut in the production of her father’s play, Mrs. Warren’s Profession.
Her acting career really began to pick up steam in the year 2006, as she appeared as Antoinette Cosway in the television show Wide Sargasso Sea while also starring in two major motion pictures, Starter for 10 and Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige.
While Rebecca Hall does have an Instagram that we certainly suggest you follow, she doesn’t use it much, as she’s only posted to it three times.
