Sienna Miller, born on December 28, 1981, in New York City, is an American actress who is perhaps best known for her role in the Clint Eastwood directed film American Sniper.
While Miller was born in New York City, she moved to London with her family when she was just a baby, eventually attending Heathfield School. After graduating from Heathfield School, Miller studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City for about a year.
In the year 2001, when she was 20-years-old, Miller made her feature film debut when she appeared in the movie South Kensington alongside of model and actress Elle Macpherson. Also in 2001, Miller began appearing in the TV series Keen Eddie.
After appearing in various movies and TV series for the better part of a decade, Miller finally got her big break in the industry in 2014 when she starred in two critically-acclaimed films: Bennett Miller’s Foxcatcher and Clint Eastwood’s American Sniper.
Following her breakout roles in 2014, Miller went on to star in the films High-Rise, Burnt, Live By Night, The Lost City of Z, The Private Life of a Modern Woman, The Catcher Was a Spy, and American Woman.
