The Ultimate Fighting Championship makes its debut on ESPN on Saturday, January 19. The promotion is hosting UFC on ESPN+1, headlined by a title fight between current UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo and bantamweight titleholder TJ Dillashaw.
Dillashaw is moving down a weight class in an attempt to be the latest two-division champion in the likes of Conor McGregor, Daniel Cormier, and Amanda Nunes.
Ahead of the event, the fighters met with the media to discuss their bouts.
UFC on ESPN+1 takes place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Along with Cejudo vs. Dillashaw, Rachael Ostovich vs. Paige VanZant, Allen Crowder vs. Greg Hardy, and Joseph Benavidez vs. Dustin Ortiz are set to take place.
Headlining the ESPN portion of the card is Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone’s return to lightweight against Alexander Hernandez.
