When the Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to pay-per-view on Saturday, March 2, fans will be treated to UFC 235 which will be featuring a championship doubleheader. The event is set to take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
In the main event, light heavyweight champion Jon Jones will defend his title against top contender Anthony Smith, assuming he is able to get licensed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission following his latest flag tests. If he does, it will be Jones’ first title defense since reclaiming the 205-pound strap.
In the co-main event, welterweight champion Tyron Woodley will return to action to defend his title against Kamaru Usman.
Three former UFC champions will also be in action — Ben Askren vs. Robbie Lawler, Holly Holm vs. Aspen Ladd, and Cody Garbrandt vs. Pedro Munhoz — along with a thrilling featherweight fight between Zabit Magomedsharipov and Jeremy Stephens.
Additional bouts will be added in the coming weeks.
