Tuesday, December 18 marks 21 years since the passing of comedian Chris Farley. In honor of Farley, Netflix released the full seven-minute tribute song from longtime friend and fellow former Saturday Night Live cast member Adam Sandler which was part of his recent special 100% Fresh on the streaming service.
The heartwarming song includes a number of references to famous Chris Farley SNL skits, while a video board behind Sandler plays clips from the scenes.
Sandler also looks back on the last time he had the opportunity to hang out with his friend. The comedian also lets us in on some never before heard stories about Farley — some that share a little too much information, but it’s all to make us laugh and to remember a comedy legend for truly being one of a kind.
