Michelle Avila, 23, and Christian Kent, 20, a couple from Orange County, California, have been shocked by the death of the two which took place after a party at a friend’s house. The two came home, went to bed in Michelle’s childhood bedroom, and were found dead by her mother due to a drug overdose, according to the Daily Mail.
The couple was found dead on October 14, 2018.
“I am shaken and heartbroken to announce that as of Sunday morning, Michelle and her boyfriend Christian have passed away,” her sister Nicole wrote in a heartbreaking Instagram post. “My family and I are sticking together through this difficult time and we are awaiting the official news of how everything happened. We are seeing everyone’s messages and we appreciate all the love and prayers.
“There are no words that can describe how I feel. But rest assured my family and I are feeling the love and it’s helping. This whole thing is awful and tragic. But we will all stick together and get through it and remember these beautiful souls. Please pray for us and for Michelle. She is resting in peace with her coffee, her music and with Christian. I’ll always love you my sister.”

What Happened?
Michelle Avila and Christian Kent passed away of a drug overdose after a party at a friend’s house on October 14. According to the Orange County Register, Michelle told her mother she was taking antibiotics for a cold and did not drink at the party. However, hours later, she and Christian were both found dead hours later after Michelle wished her mother good night and got her clothes ready for her morning shift.
