Mixed martial arts fans are in for a treat. On Saturday, November 24, it was announced that a matchup between all-time great and former champion Anderson Silva will be facing up-and-coming fan favorite Israel Adesanya on UFC 234.

The matchup brings to of the most impressive and exciting strikers to ever step inside of the Octagon.
Adesanya has taken the MMA world by storm, hauling off four consecutive wins under the UFC banner leading to a 15-0 record. His UFC debut came at UFC 221 on February 11, 2018 with a second-round TKO win over Rob Wilkinson in Perth, Australia. The win earned “Stylebender” a Performance of the Night bonus. On November 3, 2018, Adesanya faced his biggest challenge to date against Derek Brunson at UFC 230 in New York City where he earned a first-round TKO win and another Performance of the Night bonus.
