The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s return to New York City is just around the corner, with UFC 230 taking place at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, November 3. In the main event of the night, heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier will put his title on the line against the heavy-handed Derrick Lewis. The co-main event features top middleweight contenders Chris Weidman and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza.
Before the bouts could become official, however, fighters had to step onto the scale for the official weigh-ins on Friday morning.
After making weight, the fighters came face-to-face one final time ahead of Saturday’s pay-per-view at the ceremonial weigh-ins which were free and open to the public at Hulu Theater inside of Madison Square Garden on Friday evening.
