Sarah Scott, born September 28, 1983, in Lincoln, Nebraska, is an American actress known for her appearances in the HBO fantasy drama series True Blood, the Netflix comedy series Arrested Development, the Showtime drama series Masters of Sex, the TNT drama series Rizzoli & Isles, and more.
Growing up near Dallas, Scott began dancing at a young age and joined a competitive dance company when she was 13-years-old.
After high school, Scott began attending New York University, where she studied Mass Media Communications and interned with New Line Cinema. During her junior year at NYU, Scott lived in London and completed the Shakespearean Studies program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
In addition to True Blood, Arrested Development, Masters of Sex, and Rizzoli & Isles, Scott has appeared in the television series CSI: NY, Nip/Tuck, Castle, Bones, and The Orville and the films Desperate Waters, Sam, The Grind, The Last Hurrah, and The Devil’s Muse.
Scott also had a role in The Artist, which won an Academy Award for Best Picture in 2012.
