Joshua Yannuzzi, a theater student at West Chester University, has been charged on some very disturbing charges. FOX 29 Philadelphia reports that the Chester County District Attorney’s Office has announced they will be charging Yannuzzi for hiding a phone and recording women in public bathrooms and other locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
Police say Yannuzzi Gorilla-taped his iPhone beneath public bathroom sinks and recorded video more than a dozen times across three states, according to CBS 3 Philadelphia’s Joe Holden.
