It was quite the sight to see when a boxer and his trainer came to blows on the undercard of the Hughie Fury vs. Kubrat Pulev undercard in Sofia, Bulgaria on Saturday, October 27. The moment came seconds following a bout between Levan Shonia and Kubrat Pulev.
Shonia suffered the 12th loss of his career against undefeated Spas Genov when he decided to take his frustrations out on his trainer. Shonia threw a punch at his trainer, who was on the ropes of the ring before his trainer slapped back. Shonia then decided to follow up with a brief combination.
The referee finally stepped in to break up the scuffle.

In the main event of the night, if Hughie Fury is able to top Kubrat Pulev, he will have the inside track for a high-profile matchup with undefeated WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
