Senior law-enforcement sources have confirmed that they have suspect Cesar Sayoc arrested for the series of suspicious packages that were sent to some of America’s top Democratic leaders. But what are some background information on this guy?

The most perplexing and ironic thing about his biography was that he “respects all living thing.” But in what world does respecting life involves sending pipe bombs? With a family history that seemingly pivots towards helping and saving people, what ideologies and politics from the Republican party resonated so well in him? For one, Sayoc is not altruistic as his family members and is definitely a deviant compared to them. With a criminal record that should be in the attention of the FBI earlier, it is surprising that nothing has been done to prevent another crime from happening.
In 1991, Sayoc was charged with third-degree grand theft, which is a felony in the states. He pleaded guilty and was just sentenced to two years of probation.
In 1992 was the year where he arrested for theft charges.
In 1994, his mother sought a domestic violence injunction against Sayoc.
In 2002, he was arrested for a bomb threat in Dade County, Florida. He was sentenced to probation.
In 2004, he was arrested for drug charges that involve the possession and sale of steroids, along with a controlled substance without a prescription, and tampering with evidence. If you think that was it, he was also charged for filing fraudulent tax returns, criminal use of personal ID info and possession or unlawful issue of a driver’s license. Again, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
In 2009, Sayoc was charged with operating without a valid license, not having insurance and not having a tag light and was fined after pleading guilty to the misdemeanor charges.
In 2013, Sayoc was charged with battery and third-degree grand theft and was sentenced to probation.
In 2014, Sayoc was arrested on a petit theft charge and violation of probation. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
In 2015, Sayoc was arrested for theft again.
How Did Authorities Catch Him?

With fingerprints, DNA evidence, and the good old fashion method of tracking where the package came from and the materials necessary to make a bomb, authorities were quick to come to the right conclusions and find their guy.
Larry Johnson, a former head of criminal investigations for the U.S. Secret Service, told The Associated Press. “If there is a human involved, there is a high probability you’re going to get somewhere investigative.”
In his past criminal record, he was often punished with just probation. Something tells me this time it’s going to be life behind bars.
In the midst of all this, Sayoc’s idol Donald Trump made a statement.
“I am pleased to inform you that law enforcement has apprehended the suspect and taken him into custody. This is an incredible job by law enforcement. We’ve carried out a far-reaching federal, state and local investigation… these terrorizing acts are despicable and have no place in our country. I’ve instructed authorities to spare no resource or expense…we will prosecute them, him, her, whoever it may be to the fullest extent of the law. We must never allow political violence to take root in America, and I’m committed to doing everything in my power as president to stop it, and to stop it now.”
