Princess Eugenie — full name Eugenie Victoria Helena — is a member of the British royal family who is ninth in the line of succession to the British throne, after her elder sister, Princess Beatrice of York. Eugenie got married to Jack Brooksbank on Friday, October 12.
Eugenie was born in London, England, on March 23, 1990. When she turned 18, she began studying art history, English literature, and politics, at Newcastle University in September 2009 and graduated in 2012.
After college, Eugenie moved to New York City to work for the online auction firm Paddle8. Two years later, in 2015, Eugenie moved back to the United Kingdom to work for the art gallery Hauser & Wirth art as an associate director. She was promoted to director in 2017.
When she was 28-years-old, Eugenie married her long-term partner Jack Brooksbank at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on Friday, October 12. There were approximately 850 guests in attendance, including Cara Delevingne.
Eugenie’s father is Prince Andrew, Duke of York.
