Jessica-Jane Clement, born February 24, 1985, is an English actress and TV host who is perhaps best known for starring in the BBC television program The Real Hustle from 2006 to 2012.
Clement was born to Jane and Richard Clement in Sheffield, England. Jessica attended High Storrs School in Sheffield before she studied Performing Arts and Psychology at The Sheffield College. Following The Sheffield College, Clement went on study at the Dartington College of Arts and The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.
In 2000, Clement began acting at the age of 15-years-old. She went on to perform in several theatre productions including Threepenny Opera and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. She got her big break in the year 2006 when she began starring in the BBC TV series The Real Hustle, which was a spin-off of the BBC drama series Hustle. In The Real Hustle, Clement demonstrates con-artist and magic tricks, distraction scams and proposition bets on members of the public, to show viewers how to avoid being fooled by them.
In addition to The Real Hustle, Clement has also starred in all of the one-off specials: The 12 Scams Of Christmas, Winter Special, Worlds’ Greatest Bar Bets, Best Ever Cons, Don’t Miss A Trick and The Real Hustle Around the World.
