NBA Finals 2018: Schedule, Dates & Times For Warriors-Cavaliers

The 2018 NBA Finals are set and for the fourth consecutive season fans will watch LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers battle it out against Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, and the Golden State Warriors for the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy. Golden State punched its ticket to the Finals by upending the Houston Rockets in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals, while the Cavaliers narrowly edged a promising Boston Celtics squad in seven.

Golden State will hold homecourt advantage through the NBA Finals beginning with Game 1 on Thursday, May 31. Game 2 will take place on Sunday, June 3, before the action shifts to Cleveland on Wednesday, June 6.

If the series goes all seven games, the NBA champion will be crowned on Sunday, June 17.

Every game throughout the series will air on ABC.

How To Watch The 2018 NBA Finals Online

You can watch the 2018 NBA Finals online via ABC’s website. You will need your log-in and password information for your cable or satellite provider and you’re good to go.

If you don’t have access to a cable or satellite log-in, you can live stream the Finals online through DIRECTV NOW. DIRECTV offers a free seven-day trial, so you’ll receive a full seven days free before your paid membership begins. If you cancel your subscription within the week, you will not be charged. DIRECTV NOW is available on Desktop, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast.

You can also watch Golden State take on Cleveland through Sling TV. Sling TV is service that allows subscribers to watch live and on-demand TV channels on TVs, computer or mobile device for a monthly fee. It’s just like a cable or satellite TV service, except it’s delivered over the internet. The service’s Blue package includes ABC and costs $25 a month, but like DIRECTV NOW you can sign up for a free seven-day trial and if you cancel your subscription within a week, you will not be charged. Once signed up, simply download the app for your computer to start watching.
