Garrett Dolan, a 23-year-old All-American linebacker from Houston Baptist who was working to achieve his NFL dream, passed away over the weekend the university announced on Monday. Dolan was a leader for the Huskies football program and a player who was loved by all of those around him.
After news of his passing became public, the Houston Baptist community and college football world came together to honor the late linebacker while sharing their fondest memories of his time on earth.
Many of his teammates took to Twitter with tributes to their former teammate.
