Kay Adams is a reporter for the NFL Network, currently hosting ‘Good Morning Football.’ She helps you get started for your day by doing exactly what everyone loves: talk about football. On ‘Good Morning Football’ Adams and her co-hosts recap the day’s news in the NFL, talking major storylines and providing analysis. So, not only does Adams know football, but she is drop dead gorgeous as well.
The NFL Network isn’t the first place Adams has worked in the broadcast industry. Prior to the Network, Adams cut her teeth with NBC Sports, working on their show Fantasy Football Live. Yes, we can guarantee that Adams can put a better fantasy football team together than you can. She makes guest appearances on a variety of shows and online mediums, including Sports Net New York, Complex News, and the Garbage Time Podcast with Katie Nolan.
Even before NBC Sports, Adams worked as a correspondent for the St. Louis Cardinals, so even though football is definitely her thing, she’s not opposed to covering other sports.
Adams is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but now lives in New York City, where the NFL Network studios are located.
