Olivia Cooke, born on December 27, 1993, is an English actress who is best known for her role as Emma Decody in the A&E drama-thriller series Bates Motel. In addition to her 2013-2017 appearance on Bates Motel, Cooke has also starred in the horror films The Quiet Ones and Ouija in 2014, the science fiction movie The Signal, the comedy-drama Me and Earl and the Dying Girl and the horror-mystery The Limehouse Golem.
In 2018, Cooke had her major mainstream breakthrough, starring in the Steven Spielberg-directed science-fiction film Ready Player One alongside Tye Sheridan.
Cooke’s feature film debut was in the 2014 film The Quiet Ones. Her second feature film, The Signal, opened at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival.
In 2018, Cooke will star in the drama film Life Itself, which is being produced by Amazon Studios. She will star alongside Oscar Isaac, Olivia Wilde, and Samuel L. Jackson.
