Regardless of the program you root for, whether they are a powerhouse program or a relatively unknown one, making it to the regional final is a tremendous accomplishment that should not be taken for granted. However, for any team that has made it to this point once or several times, the ultimate goal is to eventually cut down the nets as the victors of their respective regions and clinch a spot in the Final Four. While the grand prize of this erratically entertaining tournament is to be the last team standing to hoist up the National Championship trophy, it cannot be overstated how impressive it is to make it through the second weekend of the grueling postseason event that is March Madness. Although we rarely get to bear witness to a double-digit seeded team making it all the way to the Final Four and even rarer still to see said program win it all, this could very well be the year where that close to impossible feat becomes a reality and not just an unrealistic dream. By the end of the weekend, we will undoubtedly have one of the most varied and unique Final Fours in the history of the NCAA Tournament.
