Major League Baseball is guaranteeing themselves a historical start to the 2018 regular season. Opening Day will be on March 29th — the earliest start in league history.
In addition, all 30 MLB teams will take the field on Opening Day this year. It will be the first time in 50 years that every team with have their season opener on the same day. The full slate of games begins on ESPN at 12:40 p.m. ET, when the Miami Marlins host the Chicago Cubs.
